Cindrigo Holdings Limited is pleased to announce hat it has convened an Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held at 11.00am on Monday, 29 December 2025 at the Sloane Club, 52 Lower Sloane Street, London, SW1W 8BP.
Resignation of Director
Following the successful listing of the Company on the London Stock Exchange, Mustaq Patel has stepped down as a Director of the Company and as Chief Commercial Officer with immediate effect. During his time at the Company, Mr Patel held a number of senior executive positions and was instrumental in establishing the Group’s operations.
Jorgen Andersson, Chairman of Cindrigo Holdings plc, said: “On behalf of the Company and the Board, I would like to thank Mr Patel for his contribution and commitment over the past few years, and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
Mr Patel commented: “I am immensely proud of what we have achieved at Cindrigo. The business is well positioned for its next phase of growth, supported by a clear strategy and a strong, experienced management team.
