Cancellation became effective from 08.00 today
In the announcement dated 29 April 2024, the Company indicated that it had applied to the FCA for the cancellation of the Company’s listing pursuant to Listing Rule 5.3.1R and that a further announcement would be made on the cancellation taking effect.
