Providing for the acquisition of an 85% majority interest in these projects.

Commencement of Operations in Finland & LSE Listing Update

Cindrigo has raised c.£13.1 million ahead of Commencement of Operations in Finland and London Listing

Cindrigo Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that following strong shareholder support, it has secured c.£13.1 million from the issue of new securities.

The funds will be used to commence operations at its 110MW Waste to Energy (“WtE”) plant in Kaipola, Finland and to support its proposed application for listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”).

Chairman’s Update on the ‘Open Offer’ – Extended to 15 November

To date, circa £10.4m has been committed under the Open Offer and a pre-IPO placing, including £2.4m from subscribers other than Danir AB.

The sum of £2.4m is slightly below the targeted £3m. It has become apparent that there are shareholders who were not aware of the Offer and some who wished to subscribe but missed the subscription deadline, as well as in some cases problem (delays) with international transfers…

Extraordinary General Meeting approves proposed Resolutions

Cindrigo Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 17th October 2024 the resolution proposed were approved by the members of the Company. Both Resolution 1 and Resolution 2 received 73,747,063 votes in favour of the Resolutions with no votes against.

The approval of the Resolutions will allow the Directors of the Company to allot up to 155,677,894 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Open Offer to shareholders made 3rd October 2024. Shareholders are reminded that the Open Offer remains open until 5.00pm on Thursday 24th October 2024. The Company hope as many shareholders as possible will accept the Open Offer given the very discounted subscription price.
